Sign of the Times

“The Riverwalk’s centerpiece will be a bridge spanning the river from this point on the Factory Point Town Green to the Main Street side of the river, landing just behind the old Factory Point Bank Building. At present, there are paths on both sides but no bridge connecting them. The future vision includes paths, benches, art, an amphitheater, educational possibilities, and an overall increase in the vibrancy of the downtown as we join these two sides of the river with a bridge that beckons everyone to view the falls.

The Manchester Riverwalk is a 501c(3) non-profit organization with a mission to build, beautify, and maintain public pathways along the West Branch of the Battenkill in Manchester, Vermont, thereby enhancing vibrancy in the community, while creating a compelling recreational and cultural destination.”

Signage designed and executed by Riverwalk Committee member Alan Benoit with assistance from his nephew.

Is there a map available of the walkway?

    Thanks.
